이용약관 — 디지털 콘텐츠 및 수강 환불 규정 요약

⚠️ 주요 환불 정책 안내 (필독)

환불 자격은 수강생의 접속 기록, 시청 이력, 완강 여부와 관계없이 실제 경과된 시간(날짜)을 기준으로 엄격히 적용됩니다. 결제/개강 후 7일이 경과하거나 기수별 코스 기간이 만료된 경우, 어떠한 경우에도 환불이 절대 불가능합니다.

제1조: 일반 환불 기준 및 기수제 코스
  • 서비스 시작 7일 전: 결제 금액의 100% 전액 환불 가능
  • 구매/개강 후 7일 경과 시: 원칙적으로 환불 불가
  • 기수제 및 패키지 강좌:
    • 환불은 코스 시작 후 7일 이내에만 신청 가능합니다.
    • 실제 강의 시청 여부와 상관없이 개강과 동시에 공식 강좌 기간이 즉시 차감됩니다.
    • 공식 코스 기간(예: 4개월 또는 6개월)이 만료된 후에는 잔여 환불금이 0원이 됩니다.
    • 아카데미에서 추가로 제공한 복습 기간(서비스 연장 기간)은 환불 신청 기한에 영향을 주지 않습니다.
제2조: 회사의 귀책사유로 인한 환불
  • 서비스 미제공: 결제 완료 후 정상적인 시청 서비스가 제공되지 않은 경우 결제 취소 처리
  • 시스템 오류: 전산망 오류 및 시스템 결함으로 사이트 접속이 불가능한 경우 정당한 환불 절차 진행
  • 서비스 중단: 회사 사정으로 서비스 중단 시, 단과 금액 기준으로 실제 이용일수를 일할 공제 후 남은 금액 환불
제3조: 부정이용 및 규정 위반 시 환불 불가 원스트라이크 적용

부정행위로 인해 서비스 이용이 정지되거나 계약이 해지된 회원은 모든 환불 규정에 우선하여 일절 환불을 요구할 수 없습니다.

  • 계정 공유: 동일 ID를 활용한 계정 공유, 대여, 양도 행위
  • 무단 녹화: 화면 녹화·캡처 프로그램 및 external capture board(HDMI) 등 장비를 이용한 녹화/다운로드 시도
  • 무단 배포: 강의 콘텐츠 및 보조 자료의 무단 배포, 공유, 재판매 행위
제4조: 기타 공통 적용 사항
환불 처리 기간 환불 사유 확인 및 접수일로부터 5영업일 이내 처리
자료/영상 이용 공제 영상 스트리밍 접속, 파일 다운로드, 첨부 자료 열람 시 1강좌를 정상 수강한 것으로 간주하여 공제
패키지 상품 여러 강좌가 묶인 패키지 상품의 경우 개별 과목의 부분 취소 및 부분 환불 불가
개인 사유 일시정지 수강생 개인 사유로 강의를 일시 정지한 경우 환불 신청 불가
PG 결제 수수료 결제 대행사(PG) 수수료 발생 시 해당 비용은 회원이 부담

Terms of Service — Digital Content & Course Refund Policy Summary

⚠️ KEY POLICY NOTICE (IMPORTANT)

Refund eligibility is strictly based on CALENDAR ELAPSED TIME. It is INDEPENDENT of your login logs, viewing history, or course completion status. Once 7 days have passed after purchase/course start, or once the cohort duration expires, NO REFUNDS ARE POSSIBLE under any circumstances.

Article 1: General Refund Criteria & Cohort Courses
  • 7 Days Prior to Start: 100% full refund available.
  • After 7 Days of Purchase / Service Start: Strictly NON-REFUNDABLE.
  • Cohort & Package Courses:
    • Refunds are valid ONLY within 7 days from the official start date.
    • The official course duration starts counting down immediately upon course launch, regardless of whether you actually watch the videos or log in.
    • Once the official cohort period (e.g., 4 or 6 months) ends, remaining refund value becomes $0.
    • Additional review periods provided by the academy do NOT extend refund deadlines.
Article 2: Company Fault & System Faults
  • Service Non-Delivery: Full refund/cancellation if access isn't properly granted after payment.
  • System Outage: Full support/refund if platform access is impossible due to server/network errors.
  • Service Interruption: Pro-rata refund calculated based on daily single-course rates minus actual days elapsed.
Article 3: Unfair Usage & Policy Violations Zero Tolerance

Violating terms results in immediate account suspension and overrides all standard refund policies (No refund issued).

  • Account Sharing: Sharing, renting, or transferring user accounts.
  • Unauthorized Recording: Using screen recorders, capture software, or hardware capture cards (HDMI).
  • Piracy: Unauthorized sharing, distribution, or reselling of course videos and supplementary files.
Article 4: General Policy Rules
Refund Processing Processed within 5 business days after approval.
Deduction per Resource Opening/streaming a video or downloading a PDF/resource counts as 1 completed class completed and is deducted accordingly.
Bundled Packages Partial cancellation or partial refund for multi-course packages is NOT allowed.
Personal Pause Pausing your course progress for personal reasons does NOT entitle you to a refund.
Payment Gateway Fees Transaction fees charged by PG payment processors are paid by the user.
